The words in Italics need to be replaced with the appropriate names and dates. Date tags should include the month date and year (MM/DD/YYYY). State tags only need the state name. Month tags need the written name of the month (January, February ...). Location tags should be specific as possible and Act should be replaced with either the state open records act or the state open meetings law, or both. Category should be replaced with the apropriate category from the list below
Categories
Categories are the most vital component of a news story on Sunshine Review. These are what allocate stories to their particular news feeds and archives. Each story should have at least 3 categories that address: date, topic and state.

The categories listed below are the categories that WikiFOIA articles use at the moment. These must be exact in case and spelling or they will not be listed correctly in news feeds. - Please type {{|wn}} on the talk page of articles in the news category.
Discussion pages
- For each page make sure you add the state project template to the discussion page. This will be the state postal abbreviation except for Tennessee, which will be abbreviated tenn. The template will look like {{al}}. It will look something like this:
